Description

A quad lock for 22mm bar that most bikes have.

Print in PETG or PETG-CF.

Hardware needed.

4pcs M3x8mm countersunk screws
1pcs M3x30mm screw.
5pcs M3 nut.
3pcs compression spring. 4-5mm diameter. About 20 mm long.

print is quite neat and strong, the only issue I had was fitting 2 of the parts together.. I had to use my knife quite a lot to get them to fit. just need to get some nuts and bolts and springs which I’ve ordered.

Printed out well. Some of the parts are hard to put together (impossible). I could not assemble the model even after a lot of sanding.

Nice model but a bit too tight so had to reprint with a bit more tolerance. Also, maybe change your printprofile to use tree support instead of the horrible standard support.
