A model of my interpretation of dinosaur's bones system - but it's a simple jigsaw :)
What you basically need for this to work is the bones part and the sand - in which you will be inserting the bones. The box is optional, I created it because I didn't want to lose any bones somehow.
I arranged the bones part on the plate upside-down - in that way, you are getting the plate texture instead of the top surface print on the top of the bones. They are reversible though, so if you want - you can put this model back to its original position.
Please note that some bone parts are pretty small so this project may not be a good toy for little children.
Filaments I used and came out well:
I also tried to print a test model of sand in Bambu PLA Basic and I must admit that it worked better than this Charcoal Black Polyterra you can see in the photo.
Test print available - one of print profiles is a small fragment of the sand plate which I found the most difficult to manage. If you are not sure if your filament will be compatible with this print - please print this test fragment first.
Printer I tested on: Bambu Lab P1S
Hotend: 0.4mm Stainless Steel
Print time: ~3,5h
Additional tools: not needed
