PETG + 4 Walls

Being new to 3D printing I downloaded, sliced, and printed the model directly, unfortunately it printed out as a solid mass with no mesh effect though the AirTag recess was printed accurately and holds the AirTag well, it’s still usable and is in my wallet now!

The designer has replied

it's because you added top and bottom walls. you need to print the profile exactly as it is without modifications. the mesh effect is actually the infill since my profile has no top and bottom walls 😊
