Description

This canister set contains 3 sizes - 75mm, 125mm and 175mm (height with lid attached). All canisters have a 100mm diameter.

If you are looking for a smaller container, I have also created a pill bottle with a similar design.

i used the small one to store my extra silica beads from my ams. i also modified the lid and made a funnel to help spread the beads without making a mess

printed the small one for supplements and added a writing on top :) Used transparent PLA for the bottom to see how full it is still.

orange pla is kingroon , green is sunlu silk pla not sure the name was on that one. I think it was in a tester spool ( 250g) in bronze, gold and this one. I did a couple of jars in that green came out nice. I should have bought more. the orange became one of my favs too. cheers!

SMALL Canister 2 Color AMS - 0.24mm layer, 2 walls, 50% size

Lovely tiny version of the canister. The small size combined with the high overhang angle on the threads and the reduced clearances makes for some issues bridging and a tight fit for the lid, however.

Thanks for the review and feedback! Any suggestions how to fix that without adjusting the model or decreasing layer height? I wonder how often that happens since you are the only or one of the few who has mentioned that

Possibly the bridging settings for the lid could be tweaked? Slower speed or more cooling might help.

0.24mm layer height is too large to get good threads at this size - no way around it. That is why the original profiles don't use such a large layer height. When you shrink the model, the layer height should also be shrunk to accommodate the smaller threads. Even if you can get them to print at 0.24mm without defects, they will never be as smooth as the original.
