Printed and scaled at 93%. Came out amazing! Didn't have the proper colors so I just have to paint it. Thanks for model. This is the updated painting so far.

First helmet I’ve tried printing. Scaled it down for my kids and it came out amazing. Might have to make a larger one for myself now! I’m very happy with it!

if it's any help, I scaled it down for my 5 year old daughter to 84%. head circumference for her is roughly 21 inches.

Fantastic model as has come to be expected from Budwin. I printed this one in a single color (Creality Hyper Red) at 93% to reduce waste. The lines on the mask were then filled in with Creality Basic Black PLA using a heat gun. My Grandson loves it. Currently printing one a little larger for me. Thanks to the model maker for sharing their work. *Last three photos are of my second print at 100% where we improved on the inlaying of the black webbing lines.

you just laid the filament in the gaps and heated it with a heat gun.

Yes...I heated a small section and used a small square of cardboard to press it in. The cardboard also acts as a heat shield for your fingers.

Impressive level of patience, bet that took a wee minute doing all the inlay! Had two ideas for those lines, first idea expands on your own method - measure width and depth of the groove, print long rectangle strips and insert using your technique Second method - Wee bottle with a thin nozzle, Acrylic paint with the "Angelus 2-hard" addative mixed in then draw rhe lines in. The raised lines you've created look amazing btw, makes it look closer to the older Spidey masks👌

Printed a second time around, This time at 100%, my head size seemed to require 100-101% (I am roughly 104.2% on head4), but 101% would not fit on the build plate with the proper supports no matter what I did. I am pleased to announce that 100% fits me fine. Model came out slightly more in need of some post processing than the 93% profile which came out practically flawless but still looking fantastic. Added a picture so you can see the size difference of 93% vs 100%

Would this fit a circumfrance of 25 inch head? do you know yiur circumfrance? Just trying to compare amd see if 100% is the size I need.

I don't think so. My head size is roughly 23-7/8ths and the helmet has very little wiggle to it printed at 100%. You would need to double check using SaturdayMorningProps sizing video and then once you have that figured out you will probably need to cut the model and print in 2 pieces once you go above 100%.

This model is incredible. at the 93% size from the project it was a perfect fit for me 22.5 head. I will say the 7x1mm magnets in the description is wrong. I ordered 100 of them from Amazon and they are slightly too big. I had to order some 6x1mm today and hopefully they will fit. love this model though. oh yeah I added the black lines with an ultra fine sharpie. worked better than the fine tip as it could actually fit down in the grooves.

One update... the 6x1mm magnets to hold the backplate in do work, but if you actually intend on wearing the mask, say at a convention, the weight of the back plate is a bit much for the 8 tiny magnets. I had to add a second set of poster putty dots in between the magnets for a more secure fit. Still love the model, but if you do plan on wearing it, be warned.
