Hello! I’m not a ninja, I’m Ninji!
Something I learned about Ninji is he first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 2 back in 1988. I loved that game as a kid and had completely forgotten about this character until I recently rediscovered him online. I thought he’d make a great addition to the Playco3D family, so I designed him as a multi-part model.
At full scale, Ninji measures 3.85 inches (98mm) tall and wide. Feel free to scale him up if you wish, but keep in mind that scaling him down might make the eyes and buttons appear tight.
Colors Used:
- Elegoo Matte White
- Matte Red
- PLA Pro Black
Printing Tips:
I recommend using a glue stick to secure prints to the bed for better adhesion. Supports are necessary for the body. To minimize layer lines, I used an adaptive layer at the top of his head. Three wall loops were implemented to reduce artifacts.
Assembly Tips:
All parts should snap together, but if any pieces are loose, you might want to use glue.
Thank you for your support and boosts, and for checking out this model!
