Description

A FUN-ctional print that can be equally fun and annoying, depending on who you ask. This uses a Pilot G2 refill.

Recommend using basic PLA, Sparkle and Galaxy PLA. Optional 6x2mm magnets(x4) can be inserted into the case cap to slide the pen in and out.

TWO ways to make loud noises with this:

A slide whistle: with the pen inside the case, loosen the cap and slide the pen in and out as you blow into the whistle.
A choo choo train: whistle with the pen taken out of the case and cap on.
The harder you blow, the louder it goes.

Assembly is easy and straight forward, this time the clip is much much stronger:

Printed at 0.04 height and I'm in love with it. Whistle isn't the loudest, but it works for thr novelty

Great fun print!! Slide whistle seriously works and sounds pretty good! The back cap is a little bit loose for me sometimes when writing and can pop off with too much pressure, but maybe i’ll try and reprint it again soon and see if this is a fluke.

you could try scale the small cap up by 1% if it’s too loose.

Printed great, fun gadget. Felt wrong disassembling a G2, but worth it in the end.

I just started 3D printing and this pen is one of my favorites. It came out perfect. How do you insert the pen and this pen can be refilled when needed? This was a 5 star rating in my book. Thank you for this pen.

you insert the g2 refill from the back of the pen and then twist the small cap on, ink can be replaced after it’s spent but you’ll probably want to print with a different filament before using up all the ink 🙂

Printed great, looks good. The only issue is with the sound, it barely changes when moving the slide in and out.
