I have added two parts so I will have surface to glue them each other. I have printed the top and bottom with wood filament and painted it with wood oil for real wood looking, the middle part I have printed with Nylon A12 which is the strongest filament probably exist. here is the results:

if i print the parts each, each do i need to glue them how do they connect to each other?

With AMS: only the top brown part needs to be glued. Without AMS: all 3 parts are printed separately. The files for both these configurations are available for download or in the print profile.

i have A1 mini unfortly i cant print them together i must print them each each because of the size.. i did print them but now im thinking how can i glue it so it will stand with the weight of the headset.. i think i will create another parts to hold this better for better durability

My A1 Mini knocked down the column 10 layers before the end :-( I assume it's because poor adhesion - any suggestions? Adding supports?
