Fully screwless print-in-place box

/ various sizes, with logo and label placement option /

This collection contains the following models:

100x50x30 inner cavity box ( 110x60x40 outer dimension ) in three variation:
- Plain top
- Top with LOGO seat ( can accomodate insert with the following dimensions: 20x20x1,6-1,8mm with 3mm radius )
- Top with smaller LOGO ( can accomodate insert with the following dimensions: 15x15x1,6-1,8mm with 3mm radius ), and LABEL seating ( can accomodate insert with the following dimensions: 40x10x1,6-1,8mm with 3mm radius )
100x50x50 inner cavity box ( 110x60x60 outer dimension ) in three variation:
- Plain top
- Top with LOGO seat ( can accomodate insert with the following dimensions: 20x20x1,6-1,8mm with 3mm radius )
- Top with smaller LOGO ( can accomodate insert with the following dimensions: 15x15x1,6-1,8mm with 3mm radius ), and LABEL seating ( can accomodate insert with the following dimensions: 40x10x1,6-1,8mm with 3mm radius )
160x80x30 inner cavity box ( 170x90x40 outer dimension ) in three variation:
- Plain top

160x80x50 inner cavity box ( 170x90x60 outer dimension ) in three variation:
- Plain top

- Top with smaller LOGO ( can accomodate insert with the following dimensions: 15x15x1,6-1,8mm with 3mm radius ), and LABEL seating ( can accomodate insert with the following dimensions: 40x10x1,6-1,8mm with 3mm radius )
For every size there is an insert that fits the bottom half of the box. Combine it with your parts ( as negative parts ) to create custom holders.

If you are printing the models on non-Bambulab printers please bare in mind the following:

Use support of the lower part of the lock, and if you want to print one of the boxes with logos, use support on the logo seatings as well
Prevent using any support on the hinges and on the hinge of the lock.
Increase infill at the hinge section and its close proximity.
Due to some exporting errors, the step files contain a small fragment body at the lower part of the hinge that needs to be manually deleted before printing. ( sorry about that:) )

Printed this box for my wife's crochet hooks. I printed in matte navy pla on a holographic plate.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out:) Check if there is any debris or filament particle on the parting surface near to the hinge, or any print defects at the top parts inner lid. Hope it helps in any way :S

this really is a great design. printed on x1c in BL petg basic. gold textured plate. the tiny catch broke out beautifully. the only moan is that it’s not quite big enough to house my Bosch electric screwdriver ! ( which I knew from the start anyway) thanks for sharing this design at this size and the other sizes. I’m still not sure what the logo bits were whether it was to add something in the slicer or stick a label/sticker on.

Good print profile. The clasp was a little short of reaching where it needs to be for a snap closure however.

Excellent print in place box. Closes we'll, hinge is not too tight, and latch is easy to open. The hinge design makes it so it lines up by itself when closing unlock other boxes.

Loved the design. It’ll make a good compliment to your A1 tool box. Would love it if this one had the option of the BL logo on the top so they matched. Possibly having a tray insert similar to the nozzle tray for the toolbox would make it even better. Love it regardless though.
