Bread lame

With the Bread lame you can easily score the dough for baguettes, bread rolls and breads so that the bread can rise well during baking!

The razor blade is easily clamped into the holder!

The cover protects the blade!

Took me a minute to register what this was. I got my partner a sourdough starter for xmas, but then realized its use. They already purchased all the bread baking starter supplies but this is a great addition! Is it pronounced lame as in boring, or la-may to be extra fancy?
