With the Bread lame you can easily score the dough for baguettes, bread rolls and breads so that the bread can rise well during baking!

 

The razor blade is easily clamped into the holder!

The cover protects the blade!

Printed really well, super quick and perfectly holds feather blades so i could score my baguettes. Lid holds securely and safely stowes the blade :-)
