This is a simple tray for holding a stack of fan-folded 4x6 Direct Thermal Shipping Labels. The tray has a gentle slope towards the back so the labels stay seated properly. There are four recesses on the bottom for addition of non-slip feet that can be purchased here. The labels I use are available here. And for reference this is the printer I use.
