Description

Do you love slim wallets, but would like a stronger 3D printed option that can stand up to daily use?

This model has the reliability and usability of the original Slim Wallet V4 by MakerVerse Designs, but has been reinforced at a key weak point near the mechanism, which previously led to failures like this:

A failure on a wallet before reinforcement

I have added reinforcement specifically shaped and tested to optimize strength at this part without compromising the mechanism or adding significant material or printing time. The ridge of the wallet reinforcement also has a slight checked pattern to help with grip, allowing for easy and comfortable one-handed operation with the thumb and index finger. Also includes the inset drawer for cash, change, keys, or whatever else you may wish to bring along with you! This wallet is truly worthy to become part of your EDC.

 

Prints in place, holds up to 7 cards, has a locking drawer for small objects and cash, and has a very secure card lock to ensure your cards stay put.

 

The included print profile has also been tweaked from the original to increase shell strength and layer adhesion while retaining as much of the original intended settings as possible. Please note that if you choose not to use this print profile, you will have to support the card lock on the side while printing.

Cash drawer locks nicely. Card lever works, even though I had some a warping/adhesion problem. Card lock doesn't work when using few cards. Overall pretty neat. I'll still use it.

Its cool but my cards still slide if I put them upside down and do a little force 🫤
