Description

NO SUPPORT NEEDED

***Disclaimer ***

Please note that 3d printing shoes is still an experimental process and can be quite challenging. They work well but they are not perfect and still can be improved, any suggestion is, of course, welcome.

***

With that out of the way have fun 3d printing theses shoes! They should be printed in (well dried) TPU 95A and I would advise on using High speed TPU as it would cut the printing time by half. You don't need support the shoe can be printed almost vertically on the flat spot at the back. On a textured PEI plaste, TPU should hold pretty well without any brim.

For the parameter you'll need a 9% gyroid infill with only one wall loop and two horizontal shell, for a quicker print choose a 0.28 layer thickness. Note that even for the Bambu X1 it's still a challenging print.

Most common US and European sizes are available, if you need another one just ask in the comments and I'll be sure to add it. Also note although they are comfortable, they are still a bit mushy, I might try to change the infill density of the insole on a future version. Model have been printed on Bambu X1 with Overture White High speed TPU.

Let me know in the comments if you encounter any problem that I could fix and be sure to tag me (@benoitperocheau) if you share the print I'd love t see it !

they fit really well in themselves! However, I still have to play with the infill a bit. I weigh about 82KG and the infill in your pressure profile is a bit too little for that and the sole compresses a lot. It's like "walking on clouds" but I don't think it's really good for walking.

@BenoitPerocheau Is there really no need for supports, especially for those larger sizes where the shoes are angled at a lower angle? I'm trying to print the 9.5 US / EU43 , and without support the back heel is not completely flat due to the length. Is your advice on "NO SUPPORT NEEDED" only for certain sizes?

drop the model just 1mm below the build plate in your slicer and it will be 100% flat
