The base rack can be printed in less than 10 hours on a single plate, and will hold 8 full sized spools. I recommend to extend horizontally if you want to save time and material. the plate for extending is in the main print profile and each extension (which holds 4 full sized spools) will take about 4 hours.
This is a fully printable spool rack that includes screw-in rods. the base rack will hold about 8 full size spools, each section can hold 4 full size spools or 6 mini spools. there are plates to make upper level expansions, as well as plates to expand horizontally. there should be a middle extension base every two rods (which is about a foot long), be sure that the base holder is centered where the two rods connect. Do not use alot of force when putting together, everything should go together easily, if it doesnt then clean out the inside slots where there may be stringing due to bridging
Printing upper levels will be more time and material consuming than expanding horizontally. the base rack and upper level rack together can hold 16 full size spools
