Reverse-engineered Milwaukee Bit case, optimized for 3D printing. The model is a 1:1 copy, so the original inserts can be used along with the 3D printed version. For the hinge, a 160mm long piece of 1.75mm filament is used.

The print requires support for the floating hinge section. The other parts are designed in such a way that support shouldn't be required. The hinge clip needs to be printed with 100% infill, standing up for optimal strength. For optimal print results use the pre-made profile.

Hi, printed from PETG, latch from ABS - Bambu Lab filaments, A bicycle spoke fits perfectly on the hinge axis.

I love this!!! Looks great too! As you can see. But It would be AMAZING if you could make a version that takes up the whole bed size on a P1S/X1 bed, without the interior pieces or the interior built-in hooking mechanisms. Basically a big box to put other items in instead of just drill bits etc. Could you mod it for that? That would be awesome and I can also boost if that helps make it happen! Thanks! @laurensguijt

But it's exceptional I printed it in PLA to test it Simple print, simple assembly, a bicycle spoke as suggested by a comment to join the two parts, and the whole thing is solid I will reprint it in PLA to leave it in the case and keep the first one at home Thank you for sharing

Came out beautifully and strong using the provided print settings. I used a .6mm nozzle to speed up the process.

well designed model printed ok in abs , with brim added , one corner lifted up slightly but that's more me than the model . didn't want to do the normal red so orange it is :) awesome thanks
