My first big project and it came out great! I did have problems with scraping on the inserts and once on the bottom of the box, which some people had described. I canceled printing twice, worrying I was going to damage my new A1 mini. After inspecting the prints and the machine, I could not see any damage so I powered through listening and watching carefully. I also want to note that I turned off “Reduce infill retraction”, but still had some scraping. Despite the scraping the prints did finish.

After my prints, I did some research and found that you can adjust your extruders Z-hop retract settings to 0.6mm and this may help the scraping issue. I also read that the A1 mini has four screws behind the nozzle and heat assembly that could be lose and need some tightening. Here is the articles for both of these on Bambu’s wiki: https://forum.bambulab.com/t/print-is-destroyed-by-the-print-head/79815/8 https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1-mini/troubleshooting/print-issues-troubleshooting I also want to mention that I found another file on makerworld with different m3 screw sizes and modifyed them to match the split pin sizes mentioned above. It worked like a charm :) I will upload my own studio file for this! https://makerworld.com/en/models/947263?from=search#profileId-914283

The trays could not be printed with this profile for me. had to slice it with the cooling fan on 100% and tried changing layer height and temperature. then it worked

I have only a problem with temperature. On The Silence Mode the filament overheat. But works well.

I am using an A1, and each time I attempt to print the Trays (plate 3) after a bit of laydown the nozzles starts to catch on some of the lovers its building. ?? I am new to the 3D print game, and took the settings as they are/were on this project. I have printed multiple other items without issue. (so wondering if this is user error or an actual issue)

What filament are you using? I used my A1 with these profiles without issue and I was using Bambu Lab PLA... perhaps if you're using a different brand it might be performing a little different and the profile might need adjusting?

Exact same with me. Same specs and the nozzle is scaping on the fins as we speak. This is the only piece that I have had any problems with.

im having a problem with this print around layer 7 it starts catching on the fins that hold the swatches in place im using the Bambu Labs A1 and Bambu Labs PLA with your print profile the nozzle is dragging across the fins starting at layer 7 and above i have tried to print this 3 different times and each time the same thing is happening i have recalibrated my printer. the case printed perfect its just the internals its having a hard time with for some reason
