If you like it leave a boost!

I designed a soft blow hammer that fits my needs.
Its designed from the ground up but heavily influenced by Mr. MegaTronic THWACK https://www.printables.com/de/model/46099-thwack

The handle is hollow to get the balance right and not have to fiddle with different infills inside one model.
If you have an AMS I recommend using the AMS profile with PLA and PETG as interfacelayer for easy support removal.
ABS might be the best material for the handle part, but PLA is easier to print and sufficient.
With 150g the hammer is pretty substantial.

There is a version with changable TPU caps.

I have had this print fail on me 4 times now. I cant understand why its doing this. I've tried different supports, different flow rates, and different walls/infills but the same results every time.

In wich way is it failing? Lifting off the plate? Wich profile are you using? The filament is suspicously shiny, are you sure this is PLA not PETG?

Replying to @DieProfikeit :
Using the P1P profile 0.28, 10 walls, 95% infill, no AMS. Its SunLu PLA + 2.0. As the pictures show it kind of looks like over extrusion? The hotend sounds like its dragging across already printed material. And its only on the first half. After that it starts printing correctly. Ive tried adding supports and that was no help.
