what printer and nozzle you use? I used Overture PLA Rock Marble with A1 and 0.4 hardened nozzle with another model but was clogged many many times....

I use a P1S and have stock nozzle that came with it on it.

ah I thought about the same thing with the skull not lining up. good call on just gluing together

Did you scale up the model? If you increase the size of all parts equally, the tolerances will be very off and thus making the halves unaligned. I believe that's the issue

thanx...and for the filament no bambu for this one ....I used elegoo pla silk golden and overture mattle black other than that I strictly love bambu filaments especially petg hf
