"Memento Mori" meaning "remember that you will die," is central to Marcus Aurelius' philosophy. It encourages living virtuously, focusing on what matters, and accepting life's impermanence. By contemplating mortality, one gains humility, purpose, and resilience, leading to a meaningful life aligned with Stoic values.
This 20 cm high model is inspired by the “Pendant with a Monk and Death” piece present at The Walters Art Museum. It features a skull, commonly associated with Memento Mori, and the Roman emperor bust.
The model has four different prints that fit together easily with guide pins. It is recommended to glue the parts to obtain a more robust structure, but it is not necessary. Can be printed in the A1 Mini.
Hope you enjoy it!
If you would like to leave a special thanks, it would be greatly appreciated :)
