I print this with default slicer settings at .16mm layer height and .4mm nozzle&nbsp;I do print this with a bottom layers thickness of at least .8mm (so 5 bottom layers at .16mm layer height) as the bottom is where the weight of the spool will sit &nbsp;I also print it with 3 walls for strength on the threads

This is a remix of the original Bambu reusable spool with a screw center so you can keep cardboard out of your ams. you can rip the sides of the cardboard off without having to worry about trying to removed the center of the cardboard spool, simply screw this on either side and it is AMS friendly &nbsp;
