Upgrade :
1. Slightly shortened the length of the gun barrel.
2. The shell throwing baffle has added a limit, so you don't have to worry about tightening it too tightly and getting stuck in the shell now
3. Trigger rubber band changed to filament fixation for easier installation
4. The gun barrel is fixed with a rotating buckle, making installation simpler

Tips:
1. Trigger with 28cm diameter rubber band folded in half double strands

TEC-9 Disc Shooter V2.0 has been released, fixing multiple minor issues with v1.0 and comprehensively improving the user experience

Upgrade :
1. Trigger optimization: reduces the chance of jamming, increases trigger cover to improve hand feel
2. Ballistic optimization: Enhanced launch power, more precise shooting
3. Magazine optimization: reduces the probability of jamming and loading difficulty,added spring magazine
4. Gun barrel optimization: direct insertion, no longer requiring filament fixation
5. Optimization of Pulling Handle: The screw is reinforced to prevent it from breaking easily, and the throwing shell window is fixed with rubber bands. Now you can pull the pulling handle to the bottom

Tips:
1. Lubricating the trigger rail can greatly reduce the chance of jamming, and removing the pull handle and ejection window also has a certain effect.
2. If you notice that the frisbee is starting to fly randomly or its power is decreasing, replacing the trigger with a new one can solve the problem

3. The assembly method of version 2.0 is roughly the same as version 1.0, except for the difference in the ejection window part.

4、The trigger is best printed with reinforced material（for example:BambuLab PLA-CF）, as PLA Basic is prone to breakage

5、The shell can be made of BambuLab PLA Matte to present a good visual effect

It is best to use PLA printing for the trigger, as PETG has insufficient toughness and is prone to damage

Update:
1、The printing configuration has added a segmented model (Split 2) of the gun barrel that is compatible with A1 mini. You can print it separately and use glue to bond it together

2、The pull handle is relatively easy to damage, so I added an M3 screw reinforced version to the original STL model.

3、If you feel that the trigger is too strong, there are three levels of trigger power to choose from (increasing the force from top to bottom).

4、The trigger is best printed with reinforced material, as basic PLA is prone to breakage

Cool but has a few issues. Rubber bands are a nightmare to deal with. You have to have the exact size. Too big and the trigger doesn't return. Too small and they snap when you try to put the trigger mechanism into the body. The slide bolt is threaded but the hole it goes into is not and the fit is REALLY tight. I gave up and used a screw I had spare. Otherwise its great. Looks awesome and works well (except to needing to push the trigger forward manually).

printed great but for some reason I can not get the discs to “load” in the chamber and will not fire… currently printing the “ updated “ parts. you should remove the old profiles from the listing to prevent people wasting filament…

from the photo I don't know direct "printed great”. All those lines, you should do a good maintenance. If you then look for who to blame.. well, it's definitely the print profile, of course!

They are not on a build plate. You have to add 2 more plates and arrange the other parts on those plates. (using bambu studio)

TCE-9 Disc Shooter V1.0

Very happy with the appearance, but I've run into lots of jams on both of these prints. Ended up throwing 2 guns and 5 magazines into the trash. I shouldn't have been overzealous and printed so much until I tested this. A hard lesson learned for this hobby that is new to me. There are three holes that aren't the right size for standard filaments, but they can be drilled wider.

Cool design, liked it a lot. Printed without issues. The assembly was easy, followed the video. however, the trigger works perfect right until I load the magazine. Then the trigger gets stuck and doesn’t load correctly the discs. First time i tried to load a disc, the side load stick broke. I had to force a screw to replace it. The discs get stuck inside the gun, and will shoot one out of many tries. overall good looking prop but it did not work for me. mag also broke.

Hi, is it intentional that one side of the trigger is larger? In my case it happens that the disk fly out sideways because of it.

Yes, to make the frisbee spin. If the frisbee flies sideways, it may be due to a large gap between the triggers. When pulling the trigger, it tilts to one side, and applying force with the fingers towards the back can solve this problem

really nice print here. also great construction afford. but I have an issue, maybe just understanding this a bit wrong, but I cannot bring the trigger in the right position. if the magazine is inserted, the trigger blocks it from fully entering. it can’t be moved more forward and also the backwards position is locked due to the filament insert on the back. maybe someone can give me a hint to understand what I did wrong
