Description

This bowl's woven appearance was designed to replicate the look of a basket.

This is part of my Woven Series.

 

Print Settings

  • Use the classic perimeter generator - drooping will occur with Arachne
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • Change infills based on height
    • 25% for base and bottom rope section - helps support top layers of the base
    • 0% for main section - saves print time
    • 25% for top rope section - helps with top layers
  • 0.1mm layer height may be used for the top few layers to improve the finish of the top rope section

Turned out great, even with the many bridges. I used it to consume some leftover filament. I only manually placed a few seams.

0.2mm with Variable Infill
Excellent print. Very little stringing. Very high quality. It really does look amazing. Printed in Bambi Labs PETG-HF “Cream” and sized up 157% to nearly max the bed on an X1C. Print settings in photos. It was a long print but worth it, and I had nothing else to do.
