Description

if you like to just float around on the beach and don't feel like getting out to have a drink of your favorite beverage. Well, now you can with this floatie. Just place your drink ( bottle or Can) in the middle and have this floatie carry your drink with you. You can print multiple in different colors so that you can share the fun with friends and family. Great idea for a pool as well if you wish. Recommended for beaches that don't have massive waves, more for calm beaches.

Printed first time no issues, I have been playing with printer parameters and managed to cut 2 hours out of the print. I also printed in ASA and used vapor smoothing with acetone to seal the outside layers. I will be printing a new one scaled up to hold larger beverages, yeti tumbler and rambler.

Printed both versions. Didn't have any rope, but it doesn't matter :) Works as advertised. Printed floaties with less filament, but they didn't keep drinks upright.

Very cool design! Love the idea so much, i already printed two. This time i used Bambu A1, came out very clean ☺️

I am really glad that you like it! In my case. Someone, suggest me to print several of those with different colors so each one knows their own drinks in the pool. And, when not in use, hang them up like it is a decor. I find it cool as idea. I hope someone will do something like this as decor, and share the picture.

I scaled the print to 115% and had to slice it into three parts. I printed with the Anycubic Kobra and even with different settings it would have taken more than 25 hours 😂 that is why i decided to split it into three parts that i glued back together. I used Dichtol Hydro to make everything watertight. Thank you for this amazing design 👍👍
