Description

A large funnel dispenser with an automatically retracting dispensing valve, complete with a large funnel and quick release mount. The funnel slides in and out of the quick release mount using a button on the side. The valve simply screws onto the end of the funnel and by twisting the body, the valve opens. Using a rubber band allows the dispenser to return to the closed position when released.

Funnel Settings:

  • Brim Type: Inner brim only
  • Brim Width: 8mm

ASSEMBLY:

Once complete, there’s a series of tabs that will need to be cut before the valve will operate correctly.

  1. When looking at the buttom of the valve, you’ll see (4) slots. Each slot has (3) tabs that attach the iris blade to the body. Using a box cutter, remove all (3) tabs from each of the slots.
  2. Once the tabs are cut, squeeze the body of the valve slightly and everything should break free.
  3. With the valve in the closed position, take a rubber band and loop it through one of the (2) small holes around the body of the valve. Once it’s through the hole, loop the band around the small hook to prevent it from pulling out.
  4. Take the other end of the rubber band and do the same thing to the other hole.
  5. Once it’s finished, thread the valve onto the funnel.
  6. For the quick release mount, the two sections need to be held together and placed onto the wall where it will be installed. Use (2) screws to secure both pieces, ensuring the cover is on the backside and covers up the spring. The cover is slotted to fit with small gaps allowing the button to operate.
  7. The valve/funnel simply drop into the mount. Press the button to release
