A simple case for my playing cards I modeled with a separate slot for the jokers.

the card fit is very tight, to tight for mine, and same with how the two boxew slid together

The print came out very well, but the fit between the two pieces is so tight that I can't get it apart. Maybe shrinking the inner piece by a fraction of a percent will help.

well with 0.16mm layer thats the precision you are getting. So its better to adujst lid by 0.1/0.15 It makes print easier to fit in and still tight.

i drilled two small holes in the top to let air escape... much better after a few uses to loosen things up too
