I wanted some blast gates for my workshop to add to the exhaust pipeline I was designing. I wanted them to fit 100mm hoses on the exhaust side and 76mm (3 inches) hoses on the machine side. So I made some.
Also, I didn't want to waste filament on supports while I could simply divide the “front” part in 2 parts, being the front hose mount and the door spacer. So I did that.
Nothing more to say really. It's straight forward. Print the 4 parts, assemble them with 4x M5 bolts and nuts. Around a wall or not, you decide. Flat heads are recommended, otherwise, use washers so you don't damage the print.
If you need the front part to be 100mm too, or of any other diameter, just tell me and I'll upload it. Or do it yourself if you want :).
