Description

I've designed a storage and travel case for Blackmagic Design Bi-Directional HDMI/SDI micro converters that also will store a USB-C cable and a small USB power supply. I got tired to not having every component readily available and having to dig into my workboxes for each part. This is my first step to creating a kit system out of my gear.

I've printed in both PLA+ and PETG. ultimately I think PETG is the way to go. The model is easy to flip over and add indicating text or a company logo if desired. The hinges and latches are built to take M3x8 cap screws.

Its cool but the area for the cables is WAY too small.

Thanks for the feedback. These were designed for space saving when traveling. I might redesign and make a version with larger accessory storage in the future.

Yeah, I'm working on a set for some Fidos right now, I'll take this into account. I have a few stage hands struggle with the space in this case. Just an FYI, they were designed with the old school apple 1a USB power plug in mind, It is the smallest readily available power supply I could find. also using a 1ft usb-c cable. hope that helps a bit.
