Description

I developped this deburring tool: a small, easy-to-print tool that's incredibly practical.

INSTALLATION:

  1. Place the small bit holder inside the head cap.
  2. Tighten the head cap halfway.
  3. Insert the deburring bit and slide it back and forth until it's properly positioned.
  4. Fully tighten the head cap to secure the deburring bit in place.

REMOVE IT:

  1. Fully unscrew the head cap.
  2. Push the deburring bit into the head cap, then detach the bit holder located at the rear of the cap.
  3. With the bit holder removed, the deburring bit can be easily taken out.

BENEFITS:

  • Designed for FDM Printing
  • No Support
  • Smooth Operation

Really cool and works great!! There's a little too much tension on the blade causing it to be held in place, nothing a drill or constant use can't fix. I also think this may be because I printed it in pa6-gf25 (just so my hands can get all itchy after I use it Haha) I annealed and water treated it so the dimensions may have altered from the original. Either way, thank you OP for the cool print!

Works really well. needs to "break in" a little, but other than that, I'm pleased.

Came out pretty good. Replacing my AliExpress deburring tool that no longer holds the blades. The threads on the main body were a little messed up. Very rough to thread in, but after working it in and out they smoothed up. I’m going to blame that on my wet filament.

Great print, has a bit of stringing, but that’s probably down to my cheap filament!

print profile is good. a little tight on the tolerances, but it's a tool so it should be tight. The model works okay. Not quite as good as a real one, but this got me out of a jam while I was waiting on Amazon, so thank you!

this is better than the cheap one I bought. The little blade actually “locks” in. I don’t have to worry about it pulling out every time I work on something. great file.
