Boost Me (for free)

Thank you so much for over 1500 downloads and all the boosts. I love that this silly basic model has benefitted so many of you. Every boost is seriously appreciated, and inspires me to make more functional models for people to enjoy.

Layer Height: 0.2mm

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Platform Infill: 25%

Top uses 25% infill. Base uses 40% infill to save on time, but you can increase this to add a little more weight.

Fully printed version is possible by using this 3D Printed 608 Bearing by Tassesin. They have been tested by many and appear to be working great!

If you wish to use a real 608 bearing, you can use any kind, 608Z, ZZ, 2RS, Open, Ceramic, etc.

Lighter version with a TPU pad is in the works!

If you want a custom size, I have also made a parametric version of this model that lets you make your own!

hahaha no wayyy lmao.... Is it too thick? Do you think I should make it a bit more thin for the wide ones? Or do you feel like the thickness necessary for stability?

turns nicely. perfect for a candle holder I made. I printed out a 608 bearing from pla and spins like a dream after applying a bit of lubricant. thank you and I think I need to learn some Fusion 360!! thank you🙏🏻

Everything is working fine until top layer. I don’t know maybe it cause by filament.

Your print speed can cause this issue, but no setting in the default print profile can cause this. If you haven't changed any settings and haven't increased your print speed, I would try and make sure you're using a dried, high quality filament from a well known brand like Sunlu, Elegoo or Bambu.

MakerWorld made the determination to remove your review for claiming a user error as a print profile defect. There is absolutely nothing wrong with negative reviews that are actually relevant to the profile or model being reviewed. Here is a guide on cleaning your build plate from the BambuLab wiki. I hope it helps you in the future: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/filament-acc/acc/pei-plate-clean-guide Personally, I use my regular Scrub Daddy with Ajax dish soap and hot water. My plate is good as new afterwards, and I do not have any bed adhesion issues. Happy printing!

I use a darkmoon3d ice plate. it has never once had a single adhesive issue except this one print I couldn't rate higher then a 3 cause it failed. then you chirped in saying user error so I lowered it to a one.

Unfortunately it sounds like you still haven't been able to clean your build plate. I would consult with your plate's manufacturer on instructions on how to clean your print bed :) Good luck!
