Description

Warning, don't leave with load continuously if you print with pla! Go for 3 walls if PLA.

My test of 2 walls pla and 1kg load failed after 7 days.

🚗 Keep Your Drinks Secure on the Road! 🚗

Introducing the Anti-Spill Car Cup Holder – your solution to mess-free driving. With its sleek design and unmatched stability, this 3D printed holder ensures your drinks stay put, even on bumpy rides. Say goodbye to spills and hello to smooth travels with our compact and durable solution.

Enjoy every sip, worry-free!

Fits a normal fast-food-cup (80mm in diameter).

Now four versions!

  • Stand alone (to put on floor mat or seat)
  • For hanging on headrest
  • Modular (2-any) version!
    • Recommend you use the crossbeams and bolts, but the pins work.
  • Handlebar version
    • Gimbal is same as the modular but only one fastener point, you can use either

There is two versions for stand alone and headrest, one stronger thicker and one normal that prints faster.

Now with optional handlebar fastener!

  • 26mm and 22mm handlebar
  • needs m3 bolt and nut x 2

There is even an adapter for cans (it fits alla versions)!

Assembly of modular version

Follow the image, you cant go wrong. If you want the handle, add it before your put on the gimbals.

Why do I call it modular? Well, because you can build it bigger! For example like this:

use on your own risk, always drive safe.

Standing Version is working very well for my father's walker. Thank you a lot. He can now take his drinks by himself.

Hey Christofer, thank you for letting me know. I will print the stronger version. So far the standard version has withstood any load. Thank you again.

Strength Issue:I’m so sorry, but just printed this and when I put it together, it snapped. could you make the arms and the connections thicker and thereby stronger?

Sad to see, might be some layer adhesion problems together with the thin legs. :( I'm printing a significantly sturdier version right now. Will upload as soon as I have verified it works as expected.

It seemed to do good until it started to bend and the connectors started to fail. Great idea though could use some improvement.

Seemed like a great design really but the joints just gave out. Should I try a different type of filament? I haven't considered it.

I didn't think that it was going to work as well as it did. I tested it out to see how it would perform and to my surprise it didn't spill my cup of water in the car.

Thanks for the feedback! I will push it further down when I use it. It also resists against the heat in my car no warping issues. (PETG) Filament
