Model

Test and print profile for extremely small text, letters from 5mm high up to 1.25mm high.

Just print the test with the profile prepared for 0.2mm nozzle and see for yourself the quality of the text you get.

Tips for a successful test:

1. Use the profile created by the designer.
2. Use the PEI textured base for a better finish.
3. Clean your printing base very well with IPA.
4. Use some 3D printing fixative on the build plate to prevent the small letters from peeling off.

I hope the test will be very useful for your future prints, such as posters, business cards, key rings, and small signs.

When I put in my new 0.2 nozzle and change in settings I even re run calibration just to be sure and print this with default settings as come with the profile, my print is always fuzzy for whatever reason I am not sure and you can only read it so far down. Anyone have ideas? I have not been able to print anything with this nozzle.

how is that fixed in a Bambu printer? I thought it was all automated.

I usually solve it by cleaning the bed well of any glue residue and re-leveling the base, I know there is an option for custom G-code that lets you modify it but I don't remember how to do it, sorry.
