Hi There, if you plan on downloading this model please consider leaving a like, posting a make, leaving a review, or even a donation. Thank You!

When I designed this product, I built around the core idea that there is no support, no support, no support! That's right, you can print this model perfectly without adding support at all. Due to the lack of bearing structure, I used a ring fan blade design, which I believe is the most efficient way to utilize the wind flowing across the fan blade surface. I can perfectly install this fan on my car, you need to insert the buckle on the air conditioner outlet, there are two diameters, 3mm and 2mm, if these two diameters cannot fix the fan, then you can use TPU to print the "buckle" part. The entire model assembly is based on threads, and I have strictly calculated the tolerances during the design, so it can fit together perfectly without any dimensional adjustment! (If your printed model doesn't fit, it may be due to individual differences between different printers.)

im sorry for being rude but litteraly, what is the point of this? its not going to be stronger, because no energy is powering the turbine, in fact it will be worse cause energy wasted in the propeller redirect...

In fact, after carefully analyzing the structure of the propeller, I overturned my previous assumption that the ring propeller does not provide more efficient kinetic energy conversion, but this does not have much impact because I leave enough clearance for it to spin, and it is not really an engine, but just an ornament to put in the car, and seeing it spin makes me feel good.

A suggestion, this blank portion of the axle could be 1 mm longer, so that when the fan blades rotate, they won't rub against the fixing nut and cause it to turn.

It seems like there's only one way to insert the air conditioner outlet, the other one doesn't work. I've already liked and followed.

Indeed, only one type is provided. Even though I've combined both diameters into one part (2mm, 3mm), there are simply too many different vehicle air conditioning outlets for me to make it compatible in a short period. I will open-source the interface thread file to the link, so users in need can design it themselves. Until I find a suitable outlet, you can try using TPU material to print the 'outlet' part.
