Description

Browsing online, I tried to find a compact travel case for my DJI Mini 2.

Unable to find something I liked, I attempted to adapt the best available compact design I could find.

While I think the design of this case is well-done, it doesn't meet my requirements for durability and security, so I decided to adapt a case with a waterproof seal.

great little case! DJI mini 4k compatible as well. went with the remixed case top to have the DJI lettering.

awesome print! fits perfectly! 2 quick notes which I may just add a remix for but… 1. wish latches were more tight, if you flip the container upside down the flips come off and it’s just a little annoying. could be fixed by moving the acre holes .5-1mm apart I think. 2. I printed m3x30 screws on my bambu on problem and I think it would be worth mentioning that you can find that print on bambu studio, or even include it in a new file. anyways thank you for your work and I’ve really been enjoying this case!

printed very well in PETG-CF. slowed down the speed, max speed was gap and sparse infill at 100mm/s. first layer 35mm/s. drone and accessories fit perfectly

Came out well. I used a remixed lid to get the logo and printed different catches. Printed with Sunlu PETG, with the catches a different colour. I didn’t have 30mm m3 screws, so used a 10mm screw at each end. After doing the hinge, I ordered 30mm screws for the catches as it’s not easy to get a screwdriver for fitting them on the inside.
