Based on the principle of Tensegrity, these cubes are delicately connected by fine yarn, creating a mesmerizing visual spectacle that defies explanation. Constructing your own Magical Cubes is a breeze. Simply print at least two cube pieces (Plate 1) in your preferred colors. Then, gently interlock the four individual pieces without fully securing them. Build the second cube within the first, utilizing the diagonal holes at the corners of each cube for the yarn. Begin by connecting the centers, followed by at least four outer sides. Knot the end of the yarn to one cube, then press the components together firmly. Thread the yarn through the corresponding hole on the other cube and wrap it around the connection point. Once the desired length is achieved, securely fasten the connections. Voilà!
