Description

This is a quick and easy-to-print clothes rack with hangers (no supports, skirts, or brims needed but make sure your heatbed is clean for good adhesion!). You can easily fit it together and it will hold fine, gluing is optional. It is inspired by other clothing racks like the IKEA Turbo, but specifically designed to be easily 3D printed keeping steep overhangs and enough surface area in mind for bed adhesion.

This rack is made for the 1:8 / 1:6 scale, perfect for Barbie or Blythe doll clothes.

Was easy to make. Made a 65% size for a Chelsea doll.

Thanks for sharing! Great to see it works at that scale too given the small size of the pegs for the top bar 😅👍

Yet again another amazing 3D model, looks amazing and fits like a glove even without using glue!

had problems with the top bar pulling up from the build plate on multiple tries. slowed it down to 50% and increased build plate temp. finally got it to finish but filament was separating.

The connections fit well enough, but may need a spot of glue if the rack will be handled. Great model. The sweater in the picture is a tree ornament that is not scaled to fit a Barbie doll.

the print turns to spaghetti a bit over half way through. not sure what's causing it.

All the parts printed without issue and went together easily. I used up remnants from some gradient filament to get different colours. It looks adorable!

Great print. I wanted one a little longer. It would be great if a few different lengths were provided. for the horizontal rods.

I tried printing this twice on 2 Bambu Printers - P1P. Neither of them would print the top of the piece correctly. It would just make spaghetti on the part that is supposed to fit inside the side supports, so I had to superglue it on. My plate was very clean and I had no problems with it sticking, I even tried changing the rotation of the top piece, but it still wouldn't print correctly.
