Description

Boost Me (for free)

I would be really happy if you could give me a boost and a like 🤩 Thank you very much!

My wife plays the dice game Bunco with some of her friends in the neighborhood. I don't know much about this game but there are three tables involved - high, middle, and low. Up until now, they've used simple folded paper sheets as the sign with the table name. So she asked if I could design something a bit fancier.

And the end-users are very happy! These three signs are now in the "Bunco kit" they pass around to whoever is hosting the party :)

UPDATE 17.09.2024

I have added some alternative versions with the texts “Loser's table” and “Winner's table”, requested by @aspiringlily. I haven't printed these myself, but I guess they will work the same as the others. To access the two latest designs you'll have to click the down arrow on the right side of the “Open in Bambu Studio” button and choose to download the STLs. Then you can choose the individual models.

I used PrusaSlicer to set up the filament change. I printed this on my old school CR-10 so no fancy multicolour print here! :D

How I Designed This

I wanted to make something that could have a filament change to give contrast to the extruded letters. So I went for this simple design that could easily be printed on its back and then stand firmly when tilted.

Also, I wanted to print without using supports, but that's no problem with angled sides.

It's a pretty simple design process in Fusion 360. I used Adobe Illustrator to make the SVG files for the top.

This is super cute! My group calls them “Winner’s Table” and “Loser’s Table”, would you be interested in sharing your files or making another version?

Hi Lily! Sorry for the late reply, I haven't paid attention to comments section in here :) Nice to hear that you liked them, and I can make some alternative versions. What do you call the "middle table"?

Awesome, thanks so much! We only have 8 people in our group so no middle table. We only have winners and losers ;)
