Hello @jandesign is there a way to do this without AMS like some of the other prints on makerworld? Any way to tell us at what layer # to pause and replace filament colors? Love this design. Would love to print this and hang over my dab rig! Thank you!

hey! you could try the pause method howvert it's designed for AMS printing so the color changes would take place on layer 1

You can babysit your printer for the first 4 layers Take your slicer and set filaments as you would if you had an AMS - make sure purge tower is activated Now go through the first 4 layers to see in which order you have to change the colors Start the print with the first color and then everytime it goes to print the purge tower pause the print - change the filament and resume Takes a lot of time and also a lot of babysitting There is no way to automatically pause the print mid-layer. Have fun - printed multiple prints with this method and its even more satisfying if it all works :D
