Tolerance Fitment Test

0.05 to 0.25 mm tolerance test.

Try insert the round and square pegs into each hole and see how good your printer's tolerances are.

Note: Tolerances are for each mating surface. E.g. For 0.1mm, there is 0.1mm gap on all sides.

Worth mentioning that the 0.10 is 0.10mm bigger on each side, so it's 10.2mm wide instead of 10.1mm.

Great model, but I would improve the gripping part of the moveable pieces and make it a bit bigger so it's easier to pull the piece back once inserted into the tighter openings.

Thanks for the model! Printed in silver eSUN PLA+HS and black eSUN PETG+HS. In the slots displayed the plugs can fall through if i lift the base so i assume thats the proper value for a clearance fit right? One slot to the left and i have to slightly press to get the plugs into the slot. So thats the transition fit then right?
