Description

Simple insert for the ioniq 5 armrest to provide extra storage. Features various sized pockets to store different sized items.

Based of a 3D scan of the arm for a nice fit. I have modelled it with a looser fit but I have also provided the full Fusion 360 file for easy modifications so feel free to modify it to suit you.

The fusion 360 file has some parameters setup for wall thickness, tolerance and size of the rounded edges.

The provided profile has 2 plates, plate 1 is for PLA and plate 2 is for PETG.

Prints perfectly, but I think I'll try scaling it up a bit if I ever print it again - the space is small to start with and this model doesn't perfectly consume all available space (see photo). Still, the profile is perfect, just hit print and walk away :)

i'd need to measure it to know for sure, and sorry to say i never bothered measuring and reprinting this. just kept the first print going. i'll bring my calipers out to my car soon and measure the gaps.

fits and works great. now I need one for my Kona EV.

Printed great in PETG. I did that for heat in the summer. Only thing I don't like (not the designers fault) is that this may rattle while in the arm rest as the arm console has a rubber insert to prevent rattles.
