would you be able to tell me the length of M8 hex bolts you used for this? I think it’s a great project but non trivial to get an M8 assortment here in US — so know the proper lengths will make that easier. Great model

Maybe a 5/16 inch bolt could fit. It is just a little bit smaller than m8 so maybe the nut had to be glued in place.

Could not get it to print right x3 until I set all line width back to 0.62 ! And changed order of wall to outer first.

Hi, I did the project before I got a Bambulab, so I have not added a print profile for it. The attached print profile from the user @guddi uses a 0.6mm nozzle, so that's propably why you had this issue. (I guess you used a 0.4mm nozzle) Better way in this case would be to just use the stl files and slice it yourself.

I dont suppose you can say what bolt you designed this for? I happen to have a 1/2" (exact size) headed hex bolt that seems to fit, but M8 is dimensionally close, but perhaps too tight.

Hi, yes it's designed for an M8 Bolt and M8 Nut.
