Description

These tunnel tracks are intended to add a different look to your Gravitrax marble runs. I've provided 3 designs to match the standard length rails. I've printed mine with eSUn PLA+ green, which is fairly close match for the Gravitrax green. The models are printed without supports. You may need to use a small file to remove any strings or small blobs on the inside of the tunnel.

I designed these after I discovered that a similar design on Printables has been taken down and would have provided a link to that person's work.

So these were built from scratch. Mine are inspired by the the Sound Tunnel near Jeff's Zipper in Melbourne.

Unfortunately I wasn't successful with the print. Tried a couple of times, but every time nozzle dragging happened. I even did a manual bed tramming, thinking sth wrong with the A1.

I'm at a loss as to why that's happening. What was the filament that you used? For the second photo, I would try giving the plate a really good clean, then bump up the bed temperature to 65 degrees. After that, I would a add modifier on each of the of the tunnel at add brim.

Sad to hear this. Try moving the rails to a 45 degree angle. This might force the slicer to adjust the zhop better.

Or maybe Print without z Hopping. This might sound strange but there are many times z Hop ripped the Part to the top and losing grip on smaller Parts

tried to print all 3 at once but 1 fell over and had to cancel the print; nephew approved anyways!

You know that there is a function on the Handy app where you can skip objects that failed to print while the rest is still printing great.
