Is it possible to get CAD files? Because i want to make a version for A1 mini, when the bed moves in the back end position, it triggers a mechanism that always moves the belt for a few cm. I think it would be pretty nice because you don't need a motor anymore, but i don't want to make a completely new model.

That is a really cool idea. I only drew very little. I simply mirrored and duplicated most of it. I'll see what I can export with my free version of Fusion 360.

Thanks, I've got here the first update: I have finished the most of the CAD work and printed out the first prototype, but one piece failed it's function. But I think it should be finished on friday, because I am in the school till friday and can't work on it.

Printed very well on my A1 mini. The new chain links are very easy to assemble. It would be really nice if you can provide a half length/width model for those who just want to try the concept but not spend too much time and filament printing it.

That's a really good idea. It's now on my to-do list. But it will take some time. Thank you for the feedback.

That's so cute! Since it's only 15cm long now, maybe the side panels can be made into one piece instead? It can fit the plate of A1 mini. No need to join two pieces together.

For the "Gear motor upgrade" version, what screws are you using/do you suggest for holding the motor in place? The motor specs appear to show a 1.5mm hole and a width of 10mm, so the screw would need to be smaller than 1.5mm (m1.4) and longer than 10mm (12-15mm). Any suggestions?

I used the screws that came with the BambuLab motor LA008 >> 1.5 mm x 5.4mm

Maybe the pictures will help you. The screw may be up to 10mm long.

Interesting and good to know. Mine didn't come with any screws (that's why I asked). I'll have to re-check the box & packing material, but they're so small they could have easily fallen out and nobody would notice.

That's your third unobjective comment. Do you have anything useful to say, that I can improve the model, or are you just trolling?

I am sorry to read that. The conveyor belt is very difficult to assemble. I would agree to that. I published new chain links that are easier to assemble. But if you look to the comments, you can see a few pictures from other people where the conveyor belt ist assembled. Thank you for deleting your bad rating. If you need help or larger tolerances, just tell me. I try to help where I can.

love it. i find that using tape for assembly makes it a lot easier. Any chance you have a roller that can accept a small servo motor ?

Thank you for the boost and dor the tip with the tape for assembly. I will create a small adapter for using it with a servo motor. Give me just a few days time for it. >> You are mean a servo motor like it will be used for 3d printing (z-axis)?
