I'm curious, was this a continuous effect captured with your phone? Does it appear sharp or blurry to the naked eye?

Under normal lighting conditions, the naked eye won't be able to see it, you need strobe lights. Find an LED light with adjustable frequency, or you can use your phone's shutter to create this effect under continuous light. You can refer to the author's method in my description.
