Description

It is basically an optimisation of the original design but is functionally the same.
This remix eliminates a rear wall to use less material and makes overhangs less pronounced to make the model easier to be printed.

I strongly recommend using brim to print it if you don't want to see the heel fall.

You can find the suggested orientation used to print the object in the images.

With the proposed orientation the object should fit without scaling it, you will maybe just need to move it a little bit into position, but some user reported that scaling it down to 95% also works well.

I tested it with my X1C and is perfectly compatible.

About the P1P the original model was compatible with the P1P without enclosure and this remix have the same compatibility

I’m curious, what is this rectangle for? why is it printed? any purpose or just wasted filament?

It's the purge tower. it's just waste.

This is wasted material, it is so that the print comes out perfectly without color mixing

Thank you for sharing this design. Question : Do you know why the underside lifts off the plate PEI during printing ?
The designer has replied

Probably the plate is not clean so is not sticking well

Same for my print in PLA as well. But not so hard as your warping.

I just started the print and it seems to be happening in the same spot for me, even though everything else always adheres incredibly well. Perhaps there's a minor issue with the file.

Great, you don't have to do anything, just press print.

Did you need to turn on support for this profile?

Sorry for this failure, I printed this profile with my X1C + Bambulab PLA without any problems. It looks like your filament is not dry enough for high speed or maybe the speed is beyond the limit of your filament. If you are using an enclosed printer, did you leave the top or door open during printing?

The issue is that the layer height is at 0.25 and should be 0.24, I'm on the P1S.

The layer height is perfect, 0.25 is a great multiple of 0.05 which is the resolution of the stepper motors. I tuned this profile and it was inspired by the bambu lab profile used for their high speed printing. The marks on the walls of your print are due to bad or not dry enough filament that creates bubbles and clog the nozzle. This profile was print at least 3 times with consistent and great results on this model and was print more than 200 times with great result on other models. The only thing that differ is the filament used and the bed used, Bambulab machines still very similar from each other.

He probably did what I did, Used up his last bit of orange filament and just whacked another roll in when it was done. Poop chutes and other non-aesthetic prints are great for using up your last bits of filament on a roll :) You can also just pause the job, and swap the roll out in the AMS/spool holder and then continue the print if you want this affect.

Couple of issues with bad lines and splitting so not sure what caused that, will have to investigate some settings used, I have a feeling there was a flow rate issue. Ran a benchy and test cube after and they were perfect. I would try the standard profile from the designer first and see if you get better results. edit: moved to 5 stars. Issues were my fault. For some reason printer defaulted back to a previous filament profile and it set it to PETG instead of PLA.

good overall print and result. union join line on P1s is pretty clear on the support leg. recommend randomizing joint in settings. supports also not needed but recommend at minimum a 3mm brim.

Thanks for reviewing, I appreciate the feedback. What was wrong with your print?

it didn't seem fully on the support foot, however, that could have been potentially a printer problem.
