4L Amazon Drybox base

i made a completely new design with an Hygrometer stand directly on the Base, without printing 2 parts and glueing or something else.

printed in PETG, no size resolution needed ! Bearings fits perfectly in it.

i used Geetech APPLEGREEN PETG Filament with the generic profil in Bambu studio.

i used this Box for CF Filaments without AMS as a stand besides the printer, works perfect !!

u have to drill a hole on top about ~13mm

You could try to solve this with an extended PTFE tube with a part of filament sticking out.. then you could pull that and feed it into the printer.. can't affect the humidity to much i guess?

Hey there. Thinking of starting this project. Just a bit concerned about the tangle possibility when the AMS lite rolls back filament. Anyone experienced that already? Cheers!

I was just thinking of using this drybox solution with the ams lite, feeding directly from the drybox to the ams unit itself. The only thing i dunno is the tangle possibility when it rolls back filament.

Nice design. and useful. However people need to be aware that maximum spool width is 62mm which does limit it's use. I have added a remix for a 5L box which would allow larger spools to work.
