Description

Guide with gentle curve created to avoid the issue of filament not being loaded correctly due to the PFTE. This guide will ensure that the PFTE tube is correctly aligned to the AMS feeder mechanism. Unlike other models, this one does not require that you thread the PFTE tube through the model - just slip the tube into the guide. To install, use 2 short 3mm screws. Be careful so that you don't cross-thread.

That is not the print profile. You were trying to print "AMS Filament Guide.stl". When faced with an error like that, you can easily repair it.

I tried several alternatives, this is the most natural for the curvature of the PTFE, very good.

Strength Issue:The side walls would need more support at the transitions, perhaps a radius or a chamfer, as they break very quickly.

It is only a stationary tube guide, there is no physical interaction with any moving parts. Don't understand what you would have to do to break the side walls.
