I designed a Oreo themed cabinet knob.

Want a deliciuos Oreo on every cabinet and drawer you have at home ?
Here you go ! ;)

2 different variants are available:
-normal Oreo cookie
-Oreo bite cookie

Scale the model to your liking to match your cabinet or drawer.
Scale Info:
100% scale = (Ø 53mm)
70% scale = (Ø 37mm)
(I also added a 70% scaled bottom part remaining the hole for the M4 Bolt/screw)
For easyier printing and best details the model is devided in several different parts.
You can print the 3 main parts laying flat down on your bed without any support.
Also print the 2 pins for alignment.
Now just glue all parts together as shown in the picture.

If you like extra detail consider a 0.25mm nozzle for the top part of the cookie ;)

Attach them using a M4 Bolt/screw. It should, depening on your printers tuning, cut its own threads and be secure.

At first i also coudn't find the full oreo. In the app there is only the one with bite and in 70% scale. But if you download the stl you can find the full oreo in 100%. So now it's complete and i love it. printed the full cookie also with 70% scale.

I downloaded the STL files. I see the full cookie top & the full cookie middle, but no full cookie bottom. Where is that? Oh, they're in the "70 scale bottom parts" directory... Nice, except that they're only the 70% ones, there's no 100% full or bite cookie bottom piece. :(

You can take the 70% scale full cookie bottom, and scale up X or Y to 53 mm retaining "uniform scale" and it will match the 100% top. I just did this and am about to print one out at 100% to replace the knob on our mailbox that the snowplow took out.

I absoulutly love how these turned out and they were easy to print. however I couldn’t find the print profile of the full Oreo.

Replaced my mailbox knob that got knocked off by the snow plow this week. I Printed the full 100% version in Flashforge ASA black and white (since it needs to be strong and weather the elements). Used CA to glue everything up and I added fuzzy skin to the white "cream" filling part to make it look more like icing. Came out great!
