Hogwarts Castle

Remix of a great Hogwarts Castle model, to be cleanner, more printable, and bigger.

Huge model cleanup with printability in mind (remove inner faces, manually simplify small features like windows, change some rocks to avoid support).

Model is split in 3 parts, to allow large print. The cut should be invisible once glued.

In my case, no support were needed, and I used the Lightning infill.

Final size is around 30cm large by 15cm tall.

printed on my A1 mini using AMS just fine. had to scale down to 90% in order for the prime tower to fit. this is actually only a problem for part 1 but obviously need to do all parts so it fits together part 1 took like 28 hours part 2 about 22 hours part 3 around 18 hours

Printed perfectly and on the A1 mini no less! Lighting infill tended to make some scary noises but it caused zero issues. Print with confidence!

printed straight from bambo handy app changed colours to white as Mrs wants me to paint it. no issues really little bit of clean up under one of the bridges but other than that it was perfect updated Mrs changed her mind on colour and did it gold rub n buff

Hammermässig. Bei den Innenhöfen hatte ich leichte Probleme. Manche Pfeiler brachen ab aber fällt nich weiter auf....Gedruckt auf Bambu A1

I scaled it to 115%. I printed with supports to be safe and they were a pain to remove. I'd probably print without if I had to print again and risk some of the bridges potentially collapsing.
