    At layer #7 (0.58mm) swap to White
    At layer #14 (1.14mm) swap to Black
    At layer #15 (1.22mm) swap to Red
    At layer #19 (1.54mm) swap to Orange
    At layer #20 (1.62mm) swap to White for the rest.

why all the fillament swapping can this be done without an ams??

you swap the filament manually. that's how you get the colors. it has automatic pauses so you can swap the filament color without ams
