Description

An update to my previous version to include 4 extra perforating wheels to include a channel ("c" shape), a wedge ("v") shape, a more corse toothed wheel and a more fine toothed wheel. 

*The handles are the same as the last version, the wheels are compatible for both.

Original description:
I wasn't satisfied with any of the available options so I created my own.

Prints in two pieces and quickly snaps together without any tools. Spins freely and easily. 

No supports needed. 

Two handle options available in the print file (solid and skeleton).

Very happy with the results, but maybe you can answer a question: Q: Are you supposed to be able to take off a wheel and use another one? It was pretty hard to put the wheel on and I'm not sure the handle could survive removing it, so I'm wondering if it was designed to be changed out? Thinking I may need to print separate handles for each wheel. Thanks for sharing!

I never really intended for the wheels to be removable. The additional wheels were by request and I just figured you could print a handle for each wheel you wanted.

I did not know I needed this and I’m still not sure I do, but it’s a great tool/ design! I tried it on some cardboard I had and it worked great. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to fold a flap over on a box I made/ modified and it folds crooked. This tool with a straight edge worked great and solves that issue. The only things I would change at this time would be to add some cross braces for the skeletonized handle. A thicker handle option would also be slightly more comfortable to hold.

Great design and print. Printed with PETG on a SOVOL SV06 Plus (Klipperized). N.B. Both handles curled slightly from the print bed, which did effect the top layer slightly (5mm from the build plate). To correct this I will print with a 10mm brim to help with adhesion.

good design. bigger than I expected for some reason (a good thig). my one nit-pick is that the (new) fine-toothed wheen could use some supports or other optimization, because the type of the teeth droop to one side

The C and V profiles will also make this tool useful as a screen spline tool! Good stuff!!

Strength Issue:Unfortunately, the result is not very durable; I tried both PLA and PETG, and the small teeth break. However, the product itself is useful and valid; it just needs improvement
